The initial US release has a primarily Chinese interface and requires a mainland China (+86) mobile number for commercial-account sign-in. An existing WhatsApp account and authorized device association are required.
Keep the app in the foreground to receive new messages and incoming calls. Delivery after iOS suspension or app closure is not guaranteed. Message recognition runs on iPhone; cloud translation and custom voice creation use the AI processing consent included in the sign-in Terms and Privacy Policy checkbox. You can withdraw that consent in Settings → AI data consent.
For account, credit, privacy or voice-data requests, include your account phone number, app version and a brief description. Do not send SMS codes, passwords, session keys or private conversations. Redact private information from any screenshots.
